MM's House

MM's House is an apartment in Tan Binh, 9.5 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with four layouts from 100 m² to 190 m², each with a private entrance and a kitchen. The Three-Bedroom Standard Apartment keeps three bedrooms in 100 m² and sleeps up to six on three large beds, without a sofa bed or a minibar. Across the range, the views on offer include the garden, the city and the inner courtyard.

The apartments are equipped for longer stays, with a washing machine, a refrigerator, kitchenware, an electric kettle and a dining table. Bathrooms come with free toiletries, a hairdryer and a bidet, and the rooms include a desk, a dressing room and a seating area. Free WiFi is available in the rooms.

Outdoors, guests share a sun terrace, a garden, a picnic area and barbecue facilities. Bicycles can be rented, and the minimarket on site and grocery deliveries cover everyday shopping. Breakfast can be served in the room, and packed lunches are also available.

Kichi-Kichi-Phan Huy Ích and Gogi House-Phan Huy Ích, both restaurants on the same street, are also nearby.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 1.4 km away, and guests report 10 to 30 minutes by car to it, depending on traffic. Saigon Railway Station is 7.2 km away, and the Bến xe Tân Phú bus station is 2.2 km. A taxi or ride-hailing car is the simplest way into the centre from here.
